Our Ministries
At Elizabeth UMC, ministry is about sharing God’s love, serving our neighbors, and creating a place where all people can belong.
We are continuing to grow and reimagine our ministries for children, families, worship, care, hospitality, and community partnerships. Your gifts, ideas, and willingness to serve matter here.

Community Partners Helping Students Thrive
Elizabeth UMC and the Rotary Club of Cleveland School support local students together.
On August 11, 2026, Pastor Ramon visited the Rotary Club of Cleveland School to share Elizabeth UMC’s ongoing partnership with Swift Creek Elementary School and lift up a pressing need in our community: many young students needed simple but essential items — proper clothing and shoes for the school year.

The Rotary Club’s response was immediate and generous. Guided by their motto, “Service Above Self,” members stepped forward to collect clothing and footwear for Swift Creek students.

On August 25, the club brought the donated items to Elizabeth UMC, helping meet a real need with compassion and action.
“When our community works together, children and families are strengthened. We are deeply grateful for partners like the Rotary Club who step up with generosity, love, and action.”
Strength in Unity
Meaningful community impact rarely happens in isolation. When churches, civic organizations, and schools work together, the positive impact reaches far beyond a single moment of giving.

Through this partnership, students at Swift Creek Elementary are reminded that their community sees them, supports them, and wants them to thrive. These donated items will help children begin the school year with greater confidence, dignity, and readiness to learn.

Elizabeth UMC extends heartfelt gratitude to the Rotary Club of Cleveland School for their partnership, generosity, and warm hospitality.

For you were called to freedom, brothers and sisters; only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.
